Access procedure for UEFA EURO 2020 games at National Arena: rapid tests are carried out at Complet Medical Centres 24hrs before the opening time of the gates.
For example: for Monday's match, testing starts on Sunday 16:00 hrs, at one of the 13 Complet Medical Centers from Bucharest, accredited Euro 2020.
Considering the national legislation in force regarding the development of sports events during the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, the following people categories can attend the EURO 2020 matches on the stands at the National Arena in Bucharest:
Ticket holders for the EURO 2020 matches on the National Arena in Bucharest that fall into categories A, B or C must prove the COVID-19 immunization. They will go through the following steps in order to enter the stadium:
Should submitted vaccination or immunization documents be considered invalid, ticket holder can enter the match following a rapid test procedure on the day of the match - as described below - and thus fall into D category:
Only rapid antigen tests performed at accredited medical centers are valid. If a positive antigen test is confirmed, the access bracelet will not be offered to the ticket holder. The medical staff follows the legal procedures for notifying the medical authorities. The ticket holder will not be able to enter the match, and there will be no ticket refund. However, he/she will still be able to transfer the ticket to another person.
Entry rules to the stadium for the children
Children up to and including 3 years old do not have to be tested for anti-COVID 19 and have access to the stadium without a bracelet, after checking the birth certificate at the entrance to the stadium.
Children over 3 years old follow the same procedures as the adults.
Access bracelets are different from match to match. They have safety and inscription elements specific to each match. Should a ticket holder possess tickets to multiple matches, he/she must obtain the access bracelet from COMPLET MEDICAL centers for each match.
No bracelets are released at the same time for several matches
Any anti-SARS-CoV-2 vaccine that has been issued with a medical certificate is valid.
Immunization by going through the disease is proven by medical documents (positive RT-PCR test at the date of diagnosis, hospital discharge ticket or test proving the presence of IgG antibodies performed with a maximum of 14 days prior to the match). Moreover this can also be verified by checking the database Corona-forms, confirmed at least 14 days before.
